From In-House Training to Full Benefits, Kapco Offers the Goods to Keep Our Employees on Top

Re-skilling, on-the-job training, and an in-house professional development curriculum have been critical factors in making Kapco Metal Stamping a Wisconsin Top Workplace.

Specifically, our Kapco University program is designed to help our employees – both new hires and established team members – learn new skills, stay on top of industry trends and best practices, and refresh themselves on business, professional, and personal topics.

Our technical, hands-on training focuses on all aspects of the manufacturing process including safety, quality, regulatory compliance, cross-training across different jobs and roles, as well as exploring additional career pathways to ensure employees are aware of different opportunities based on their goals and skill sets.

The employee enrichment component of Kapco University helps employees hone-in on their personal and financial health – which is made possible with free access to health and wellness facilities for all Kapco employees.

Finally, the external track of Kapco University adds outreach opportunities in the form of youth apprenticeships, high school welding education, networking with high schools to increase STEM awareness, and sponsorships of conferences and other events.
